How to hide sidebar?

  • Hello,

    I finally picked a theme and I, on a certain page, want to hide all menus. How do I do this, is there a plugin to achieve this?

  • Sorry but that’s highly unlikely. You’ll need to amend your theme or create a child theme to achieve this.

    one thing you could do, and this is going to be a bit advanced, is to create a new header.php file for your particular page – remove the nav item parts save that header.php file, and also create a new page template for the page you don’t want menus for, and then just have that template call in the header.php file you created for your site. Viola.

    Easier said than done, but google has all the answers for this… good luck.
