    This is not resolved.
I have viewed a few posts about this topic and none of them had a clear defined answer, in the manner that I requested my answer.

If you feel it’s a duplicate, a link would have been nice.

    UPDATE –
I did receive an email from Woo support.
I wanted to share his thoughts…

    Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WooThemes support! My name is Rynaldo and I’ll be assisting you today.

It is going to take a bit of work to remove access for the entire store so that only your one client has access. I would suggest downloading either the Groups Plugin or Members Plugin. Then, you can create a new user group.

From there, you can set permissions so only members in that user group can see the shop. It will take some reading up or prior WordPress restriction knowledge to do, so you may want to look into hiring a developer – it’s a quick job and shouldn’t cost much.

Regrettably, assisting with these sorts of customizations is outside the boundaries of our support policy, but we recommend you contact one of the following:

    Codeable
    Affiliated Woo Workers

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Rynaldo
