How to hide post from the first page on my site ?

  • when i go to the first page on my site i see the post
    how can i hide thias ? i want only when select catgorey the post will showing.

    Go over to the Settings > Reading Settings dashboard page. Locate the first option, “Front Page Displays,” then select “A Static Page (Choose Below)”. For “Front Page”, choose the “Home” page you just created. For “Posts Page”, choose the “Post” or “Blog” page you created
