Even though I’ve added an End Date and redundant Expiry date and have “Hide expired listings in event archive/search.” checked, it’s still showing the 1/8/2023 event. How do I hide past events?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @redkite

Please check the date Format in your Date and time settings.

Why doesn’t it fill the End Date and Expiry Date automatically when there’s no end date? This doesn’t work like any other events plugin I’ve used, which use shortcodes to control what’s displayed.

How do you get it to hide the second date when it’s a one-day event? That looks strange and it’s unnecessary to show it.

    Screenshot of this is here.

Also, how do you clear events manually? I have an event on 1/14/2023 that has end date and expiry date but is still shown as ‘Active’ in the All Events page and still showing on the front end after clearing all caches repeatedly. All other events prior to today show as ‘Expired.’ Where do I control this setting?

I found it is the only way to do this under Bulk Actions?

    Hi @redkite

Can you write to us on the [email protected], We will look into detail to why this is happening.
