How to hide page count bar when not needed

Hello, In search results or categories, a navigation bar which shows page counts. I’m trying to hide it if there are less than 7 posts for example. Because 6 is the number of posts per page I set in the CMS.

Here’s what happens when you get less than 7 posts.

That little dotted pink bar on top. It works perfectly when a category or a search result page contains more than 7 posts.
