How to hide “nx-titlebar” from all pages.

    I would like to hide the element site-wide. When I inspect it looks like it’s called “nx-titlebar” but it shows both the page title and in some cases category with an unsightly bar atop it. I have found by deleting the element in Chrome inspector that gets rid of both the bar and title which I want. Here is a screenshot to show what I mean – https://snag.gy/K5fvJ4.jpg. How can I hide this with CSS?
