How to hide Menus for everyone EXCEPT administrators?

The issue is I see ONLY myself in that list, I do not see the other admins. Why is that?

Strange, kindly double-check that the users that you assigned as admins have the WP Default Administrator Role.

Yes they are set to Administrator and Super Administrator… I can send you a screen shot if you’d like
