• Hi Guys,

I got a group called ?iRacing“ on my website and I got events in my events manager which are created as group-events for this specific group.
What must I do, that only this group can see this events? Do I have to change the rights for the users and if yes, which exactly?

Thanks for your help in advance!

    Regards
    Julian

you can try to use shortcode like [events_list group=”my” limit=10 pagination=1]

Using ‘my’ will show events belonging to groups the logged in user is a member of.

Okay. But in the widget it is still visible for everyone.
There should be a way to completely hide this items for “normal users” or?

You need to go to the event via the dashboard and set the visibility to Private instead of Public in the Publish box on the right.

The event will then only be visible to members of that group.

I tried this, but then the events disapear in the iCal feed, too. ??
It would be enough, if they are not visible in the widget anymore.

    Any idea?
