How to hide field's text/ headings in the email when those are not fill

    Hi there,

    I have a form here “This is the form link” there are some optional fields but the problem is when I the fields are left empty it still shows their text/ heading in the email and final page of the form. For example;

    This is the heading/ text: [text "optional-field"]

    And if we leave this field infill or empty then it still shows its heading in the email like “This is the heading/ text:”. I want to stop this the fields title or text should only be shown when a user fill this out otherwise just keep it hidden in the email as well as on the final/ submit page.
