    Hi all,

I am struggling to correctly import my Woocommerce products onto my facebook page. How can I hide my draft products from the facebook shop? I can only do it manually per product in the product editor, but I want it for all my drafted products.

I found the old topics and tried resetting the full facebook shop, but still my drafts are shown.. I have the updated all my plug-ins.

    Hope someone can help!

  • Hey @nlangerak,

Draft products should be hidden by default when syncing, so it’s strange these are still showing in your shop. To confirm, are you viewing the shop page as an admin of the shop, or as a customer from an incognito/private browser window?

It would be great to have a link of an example draft product that’s still appearing in the shop if you can share it. Otherwise, we may need to take a closer look at the WooCommerce store and share further information privately to work out what has happened. If that’s the case, please could you raise a support request via our support form? That way we can reply directly!

Thanks for reaching out. Could you let me know how you get on with the above?

    Cheers!

    Simon.

    Hi Simon,

Thanks for your reply. I checked the shop in incognito mode and there are still draft items showing up. Futhermore, I noticed that some of my product image did not sync correctly now.

I will try another reset after I just updated the plugin. If it doesn’t work, I will contact you through the form you linked to.

Thanks for the help so far!

    Best,

    Nick

EDIT: I went for the contact form, since I still have struggles with syncing my products. Hope to hear from you guys soon!

    Hey @nlangerak!

So sorry for the delay here. I didn’t see your email come through to us last week, so was giving it a bit more time in case it was delayed. Then I got totally sidetracked and forgot to come back to let you know! I do apologize.

It may be that the form has ended up stuck somewhere, I’ll need to catch up the team that has access in order to double-check. In the meantime, if you’d like to email us directly at [email protected] and just mention your WordPress user name, I’ll be able to reply directly to you so we can crack on with this investigation without any further delay.

Sorry for the hassle this has caused! Could you let me know if you do email us directly, or if your okay to wait until I can catch up with my team?

    Cheers!

    Simon.
