How to hide date and author

    Hi

    How do I hide the date, author information on posts.

    Request your inputs on the custom CSS.

    I tried the below with no results:

    .entry-author-link,
    .entry-permalink,
    .entry-date,
    .entry-meta {
    display: none;
    }

  • Use this instead

    .author-icon, .clock-icon { display: none; }

    Optional, adding a little more space there between title and content.

    .before-content { padding-bottom: 20px; }

    To hide the date, author information on posts I have tried the following codes in CSS but not worked:

    .entry-author-link,
    .entry-permalink,
    .entry-date,
    .entry-meta {
    display: none;
    }

    then I used the following but still not working
    .author-icon, .clock-icon { display: none; }
