How to hide buttons on homepage

Hi,

I’ve been using the plugin for sometime and really like it. I’ve recently done some edits to my homepage template file (prepactsat.com), and it’s resulted in the share buttons appearing there. I can’t work out how to remove them – I have tried within the plugin by checking the ‘hide from homepage’ box and also by tagging the specific page in the box ‘don’t show on next page’, but it won’t work. Can anyone advise me on how to remove the plugin from this page only.
