How to Hide all the countries labels in the map

Hi there!

I am assuming you want to hide that information from the store listing itself, right?

The plugin is 100% customizable via filters. In particular, you should take a look at the wpsl_listing_template filter, where you can define exactly how you want your output to look like.

I want to hide the name of cities and countries from the map ( the labels inside the map)

I understand you want to remove those informations from the info boxes that pop up when you select a store, like in this screenshot.

Well, there is a filter for that. Check it out in the documentation.

Using this filter you can alter the appearance of the contents inside the info box to suit your needs!

However the address cannot be split down to its individual components, it gets printed out with the format you have selected in the wp store locator settings, so if you just want to hide a certain part of the address (like state, city and country) I’m afraid you have to hide the whole address or use some CSS hacks to hide specific parts only.

You didn’t understand my problem for sure. I will explain it here again in more details:
I am speaking about the map which contains the name of COUNTRIES and CITIES ( not the popup of information or the list of stores). I want to remove theses names (of COUNTRIES and CITIES) placed on the map and when the person click on the store the informations appear as usual.

If you have installed the plugin and taken a quick look in the settings screen, you will have probably noticed the area where you can customize the map style, see screenshot.

We have included instructions and a couple of links there that you can follow where you can download tons of ready-made map customizations, some of them without labels in the map. You have to pick a style that suits you and copy-paste the styling code into the wp store locator settings. Take a look here and here.

This, the map styling, is a service provided by Google Maps, not by ourselves, so read the instructions and follow the links to get your customization.

As you see, all it takes is a bit of reading. On a final note, please be aware this is free suport from a free plugin, we do our best ??
