How to hide affiliate links without plugin

Could you please elaborate, where exactly (Header, footer, sidebar etc?) are you trying to hide your affiliate links? A link to your site with a detailed query will be of great help in assisting you.

I just want to change my affiliate link, from https://www.example.com/xxxxxxxx=xxxxx&xxxxx to https://www.example.com

I have searched from google as there is a few method to do this. As what I say, I did follow those methods but somehow, it is not working at all. May be I not really understand how to go about.
