How to hide a page from top menu but add a link to it from the footer

Hello all.
It’s my first post here. I’ve tried searching for this topic but i get results from 4-6 years ago mostly so i decided to ask it here …
Well here goes,

I have say 6 different pages on my website, All are linked form the main bar (the top bar). Now, i also have a privacy policy page Which i would like Not to be shown on the top menu bar.
I want to link to it from the footer area.
I know how to add thigns to the footer and add links to it,
My question is, How do i hide this page from the upper bar. (I figure out the page still retains the same address so i just link to it from footer) but how do i hide it..
