How to hide a form

    Hi there!

    I’ve two questions – I’ve submitted a form, and after refreshing the page the form is still visible, how to hide it? It might be a message like that – “You’ve submitted the form, thank you!” or something else. Could you tell me how to do that?

    And the second question is how to restrict that ONE user can send only ONE form entry?
