How to have permalinks in Greek/ Russian/ Arabic characters

I’m trying to figure out a way so that I can use greek characters in permalinks.

Greek characters in url will be shown in greek language in the browser, but when I open the source the url will be shown as html code like this

%cf%80%ce%b1%ce%af%ce%be%ce%bf%cf%85%ce%bd-%ce%b4%cf%89%cf%81%ce%b5%ce%ac%ce%bd-online-%cf%80%ce%b1%ce%b9%cf%87%ce%bd%ce%b9%ce%b4%ce%b9%cf%8e%ce%bd

If its possible to have greek characters in url its profitable from search engine point of view.

I want search engines to consider my site urls like example.com/ελληνικ? and not in html characters form like this example.com/%87%ce%bd%ce%b9%ce%b4%ce%b9%cf%8e%ce%bd
