    Hey there,

    To get this you will need to change in Breakpoint > None. With this setting you will get what you are looking for.

    I can only access the Nav Menu Widget from within a page, but my menu was created in Appearance-Customize-Header Builder so I cannot access the menu from within a page.

    Upon inspection, it seems that you are using Astra theme for the navigational menu, which is a third-party theme.

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide support or control of third-party themes.
    Please try contacting the author of your theme, for extra guidance.
