    Hello,

Thank you for this very convenient plugin!

I wonder whether there would be a way to deal via the GUI (or maybe with an additional existing plugin?) with such specific cases – I have a featured image on which there is some text. My theme also uses the same image for the post’s grid thumbnail, which I can crop with Crop-Thumbnail, but due to the image design & ratio constraints, it will crop the sentence. Instead of cropping, could I thus use a different image (that I would have specifically designed (for instance adding text on two lines instead of one) for the grid thumbnail format (i.e. two different source images treated considered by WordPress as one image in two different sizes) ?

I believe I could just replace the cropped image with my custom image via FTP giving it the very same name, but I am looking for a solution that would not involve going out of WordPress admin, for non tech-savyy users.

    Hi,
    glad you like the plugin.

About you request. Such options for using another feature image in the blog-listing than in the single-entry are something that is best driven by the theme (or a seperate plugin) – so if you often need this feature it should be implemented in the theme (i.e. by adding an option to override the featured image for the listing/single-page).

    Thank you for your advice!
