how to have correct language code

    Hi !

    After migration I have this kind of mismatch with language coding ( see below ). What I have mist ?

    “Depuis la fin des ann??es 90, le sentier des douaniers, ? Ploumanac’h en Perros Guirec, se refait une sant??. “

    Accute characters of the french language are not correctly displayed.
