How to have a space between bullets?

I am using WP 2.6.2, using the default editor

I would like a space to be added between bullets by default. For e.g. see https://www.mahesh.com/2008/08/02/3-cheers-3g-is-almost-here – content is very tight, difficult to read.

Is there anyway to configure the line spacing in bullets?
