How to Have a master site with child sites? ecommerce

I’m looking for options to be able to have 1 master wordpress site. Then have multple child sites (fanchises). They wil lbe ecommerce. Each child site on it’s on subdomain. Whoever’s child site gets a purchase on, then that franchise owner gets the revenue. Is it possible?

Also.. If changing something on the master site, it should reflect all the child sites…
