How to have a homepage menu of a blog page as frontpage

Hi guys, am using my dynamic blog page as my frontpage instead of a static page. my problem is I have a main menu with menu links to different pages but i am unable to create the menu item for frontpage.

to make it clear, I have “contact us, our products and gallery” items as menu links to pages but I cant create a link to my frontage on the menu. So to say, if a visitor lands on my frontpage and subsequently visits other links there is no way he can find his way back to the homepage except by clicking back button several times. so how do i link my blogpage as homepage and have it listed in main menu???? sorry am a noob
