How to hange related posts links?

Hi. First, thanks for the great plugin.
I use a custom made ajax theme for my website, which intelligently changes link to in order to be able to load them through ajax.
For instance a link like this:
https://www.website.com/738/this-is-post
will be converted to this
https://www.website.com/#738/this-is-postThe plugin functions great but unfortunately shows the links as is, without the #. How can I configure the plugin to show the add a “#” after “.com/”
