how to handle this:

I recently moved my website from blogger to www.remarpro.com hosted solution.I currently have a lot (more than 1,500) 404 errors (not found) with the following structure:
https://www.mysite.com/feeds/6449052625361603548/comments/defaultHow could I have to handle them? manually redirect them to the linked url? Delete them? Something else?
