How to handle RMA

    Hi,

    a really usefull nice plugin.
    Is there a option to generate Return Label for RMA.

    Hi Shadi,

    thankk you for your reply.
    How do i get the tracking number itself stored in the order Details backend page and to see it with a tracking link? So we would be able first to see that dhl ordering is done and second we could see the tracking number with the possibility to track the sending.

    That would be a great user friendly feature maybe sold in a paid version of plugin.

    Jan,

    If there is a tracking number, it will automatically be added to the order notes and emailed to the customer, otherwise there is no tracking number available.

    FYI we will be adding a return label in future versions of the plugin.

    Hi Shadi,

    thanks for your reply and ok, i will take a closer look at the order notice part again.
    I did not saw a note with tracking code there. But i wonder that a possibility for Tracking from the backend order edit page or maybe simply just a posted link would be great Option. However is there a Option to email the admin or employee just for information too?

    Att. to returns, We still use the DHL Return Solution so far.
