How to Handle Designer’s Broken Link?

I prefer to avoid broken links on my blog. Checking the link multiple times over the last week, the link to the designer is not found. Shall I remove the reference totally, deactivate the link, try to track down the designer?

The theme is Sharepoint Like, the one with some of the Russian language left in the distributed theme.
