How to go from Nextgen to WP gallery

Hi:

I have about 1 year worth of nextgen galleries generated, but want to remove the plugin so I can just create normal WP galleries. Could someone please point out what is the best way to do all this?

Here is the link if you need it. I have a couple of weeks using the wp gallery function. Everything before that was using nextgen.
