    Dear @ams05,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention, that the plugin has the feature to delete results older than a particular month.
In order to achieve this result, you can go to the Poll Maker plugin > General Settings page > General tab > Erase Poll data > Delete results older than ‘X’ the month option.

By this, you can specify the count of months and save changes.
Please note, that, it will remove submissions older than specified months permanently.

    Thank you.

    Dear @ams05,

    Thank you for your response.

I have passed your case to our Development Team and they have checked it out.
They checked and noticed that everything works fine after deleting the results on our end. All the data is normally removed.

I want to mention, that the problem may be connected to the cache.?
So, in case you are currently using the Cache plugin, please clear all the caches, then perform the CTRL F5 command and let us know whether the problem is solved or not.?
You can make a?DB?backup?for your safety (you can use?Updraft?Plus).

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

I’ve already do the ctrl + f5, clearing my browser cache, and I am not using cache plugin for our website and still the problem occurs.

My results page was already 0 and clear all results, but under answer chart, there is still data and we want to clear it and back to 0 all.

    Dear @ams05,

    Thank you for your reply.

I want to mention, that we have already answered your request in our previous topic.

As you wanted to have zero data for the polls, we have guided you to delete the results.
Most presumably, you have deleted the results and now you are mentioning that some of the results are not displayed in the chart.

So, please clarify your request so that we can guide you accordingly.

    Thank you.
