How – To : Give Plugin integration successfully.

1- I have installed Give and created 2 test accounts via PayPal.
2- I activate the plugin automatically, and I realized that it added more
pages to my menu. *Success, Failed and History Pages.
3- I removed them from there and left the pages blank within the form
creation.
4- Therefore, the user cannot see these pages after the transaction has been
made, on the other hand all E-mails notifications work great!
5- So My question here is how can I integrate these pages so that the user
can see them without modifying my Menu? Their short-codes are there, but
I do not know how I can use them.
6- So how do I link my CC”Credit cards” payment to any account it is not
clear here, so how as an ADMIN I do know where the money goes?
7- Finally, do you know which php file to edit to have a better looking form
like colors and fonts, especially the WIDTH and HEIGHT of each TEXT AREA
I want to make them a little smaller.Thanks a lot!
