How to give access to single plugin with no other admin rights?

Hi, I want to grant a user on my site access to a new-user-moderation plugin, to help me moderate newly registered Buddypress users. Using this plugin it works, but they also are granted access to admin privileges on Buddypress profile pages, they can delete accounts, they can read Private Messages of any user etc. I want to avoid this, they should have access to the moderation plugin only, nothing else. Is it possible? Thanks.
