How to give a user role (permission) only for posts and comments ?

    Hi ;
    In a dashboard , I want to give a user role (permission) only for posts and comments . So I dont want this user show other department shuch as pages.

    In Editor role every think is good but I face one problem, it is show pages section.
    So I have two questions:
    How can I hide pegas section in Editor user role ?
    Is there a method to create new custom user role ?
