How to give a condition for opening a text-box on selecting a value from dropdow

    i m using this plugin in my site.my problem is that a user fill his college name via selecting dropdown list.but if the college is not in that dropdown listthen i have gave the user “”others” option.now i want that when a user select “other” from dropdown then a text-box shiould appear where he can fill his college name but i m unable to make a condition for this.please guys help me.

    i have solved this issue but now i realy need another condition that the user couldn’t fill the form more than once means he could not fill his email again.and in the field name college name if there are 10 entries in the field with same college name.then a popup should appear that sorry .
