How to get WP Maintenance Mode to work with cache?

    Hello,

    I want to use WP maintenance mode for my home page, but I have exceptions set so that all pages that start with …/content/… are not blocked with maintenance mode.

    It seems that with WP maintenance mode turned on, my cache plugin (wp super cache) is not caching any pages.

    Any idea how to make it so that both work alongside each other?
