How to get user meta?

    How can I get the following into my crm?
    Ip Address
    User Agent
    Referring URL
    etc…

    I have tried several version of the following,
    v1 – didn’t work
    [hidden lead-ip default:_remote_ip]
    [hidden lead-os default:_user_agent]

    v2 – didn’t work
    [hidden lead-ip default:[_remote_ip]]
    [hidden lead-os default:[_user_agent]]

    v3 – didn’t work
    [hidden lead-ip default:”_remote_ip”]
    [hidden lead-os default:”_user_agent”]

    v4- didn’t work
    [hidden lead-ip default:get[_remote_ip]]
    [hidden lead-os default:get[_user_agent]]

    NOTE: the label appears in the dashbard i.e. lead-ip and lead-os
    are listed as available fields. But data doesn’t get sent.

    Any suggestions?

    do you have the Pro version of our plugin?

    we have an add-on for marketing data,

    please enable that add-on which will automatically pass that data to the CRM.

    hidden fields are supported
    but IP tag ([_remote_ip]) is not supported , actually contact form 7 does not allow this

    in pro version we have a separate addon for tracking IP

    I do have the pro version, thanks.. I’ll check it out and updated if issues.
