How to get user id

Hi I am new to Active Directory and Active Directory Integration for WordPress.
Our users use a web app that needs the user id to be added to the query string to access application reports. Our active directory is already set up and synced. (Another developer set this up).
Is there a way to access AD user id in PHP through wordpress?
