How to get title of a page dynamically on enquiry form

    Hi,
    I am working on a tour & travel site, i have a packages page on which i have a BOOK NOW button i want when somebody click on this button it goes to enquiry form and print there the title of the package or page so that it can be sent to mail using enquiry form. I am really need some helping hands please show me the logic if anybody know …
