How to get time ago for a particular post

Hello, I’m using Advanced Post List plugin for the posts display. Could you advise how to get this time ago info for a particular post? This plugin allows using [php_function] feature where it gives WP_Post variable of the currently rendered post.
Could you please help on getting needed function?
