Wrap TOC with no index. If this is indexed, does it create extra pages on my website? Why would people want to no index this?

Use rel_no follow links. Again what are the benefits of no follow or follow. I guess this is for google crawlers to spend less time on my page?

I have started to use this and noticing that something is not working. I want the plugin to display only H2 headings.
In skip headings option the only H2 has no tick.
But TOC still shows H3 and lower too.

It is better to check with SEO specialists about option “Use rel=nofollow for links”. Some include, some do not.

About headigns — maybe you override skip headings settings in post?
