how to get "this" theme

  • It’s a custom theme and not available. The download you linked to is the WordPress core which includes only the default themes (twentyten and twentyeleven) — it does not include anything to do with this site.

    no no. the link i provided is to show what looks i wanted in a blog post.
    like the the menus are in left, post in right etc.
    is there any similar themes like www.remarpro.com?
