How to get the value from a different page?

  • Hi,
    I’ve been trying to get the value from a Custom field from a different page with this code: <h4> <?php the_sub_field(‘thin_content’, 15); ?></h4> but it’s not getting the information.
    Could anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?
