    Hello, neliti.

The “custom CSS file” field is a place where you can require GoodReviews to use a CSS file you created and uploaded to your own site instead of the default CSS file that comes with the plugin. Therefore, the URL is wherever you uploaded your customized file.

Hope that helps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Thanks James, that’s the thing. I know how to access this file in my cpanel, but I don’t know how to find it’s URL, and cannot find any answers on Google.

This is the first time I’ve been asked to supply the URL of a file in my cpanel. Any ideas?

    Thanks ??

You should upload the custom CSS file to a location that you can access via your site’s URL, not from a cPanel URL. So if your site is https://www.example.com, you should upload the file so that you can access it via a URL like https://www.example.com/grstyles.css or https://www.example.com/styles/grstyles.css.

    Hope that helps.
