How to get the heading within textbox in contact form.

Hi guys,

I’ve been looking at heaps of contact form plugins, however none of them seem to allow to have the text within the textbox.

I can get all the gradient, border radius, all the styling, however I can’t get the words to go inside the textbox so it has text there to tell people which box is for which.

I know I could write it outside but I really want it inside.

Can anyone guide me on a plugin I could use or a solution?
