how to get the field placeholder values as title in dashboard

Hi,
I have using this plugin and first of all i really like the functionalities. I have searched other plugins,but this plugin is very helpful for both functionality as well as User interface. I have one query, Its possible to display the field name placeholder value instead of displaying the fields name as title in dashboard as well as csv.

For example, I have a form with fields as Name(field name:f_name), Email(field name:f_email) and message(field name:f_message). while viewing the dashboard panel showing the mailed data with the titles as f_name, f_emai and f_message. any option to display or add custom titles or fetching placeholder value here?
Please excuse if the question is longer and let me know your suggestions.
