How to get tax slabs?

  • Free version says: Generates tax slabs with CGST, SGST and IGST automatically.

    I would like to know how to setup this plugin. I initially set it up and it was working fine, then I uninstalled it. Reinstalled it. This time I configured with proper GST details, selected multiple and then chose 5, 12, 18 and pressed save icon. Now I went to product page it already had HSN code I entered before uninstalling the plugin.

    I don’t see any taxation related data, just says VAT: 0.

    Shouldn’t I be getting Tax classes?
    I see standard, reduced rate and zero rate.

    GST is based on shipping address and shipper address, so does that plugin handles the % of tax on basis of HSN?

    NOTE: I am using latest WP and latest WooCommerce verion.

  • Hello @abhishekkjain ,

    Tax classes should be auto generated when you save the taxes from GST settings tab under WooCommerce Settings.

    If you are still facing issue, you can update plugin to our latest version & verify once.

    HSN code is only for recording purpose & does not impact on tax classes. GST Tax bifurcation happens based on the Store state & State mentioned in customer’s Shipping Address.
