Provide us with as much information as you can about the issue you are experiencing, including:

    • What issues you experiencing with the plugin?
    • What steps do we need to follow to reproduce the issue?
    • What theme are you using on your website?
    • Website URL where you can see the problem happening.

It is also be helpful to run a plugin conflict test.

Basically, you deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and Fluid Checkout, then re-activate each plugin one by one until you find one that causes the issue. You can find more specific instructions in the article below:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Open a one support topic for each issue you are experiencing.

This way we can better prioritize the most important fixes and it would be easier for other people to find the topic and the solution in the future.

    Scope of support

    The plugin support INCLUDES:

    • Help with any issues specifically relating to Fluid Checkout Lite (for support about Fluid Checkout PRO feature, please use our support channel).
    • Any issues relating to using our plugins with third party plugins that we officially integrate with. Although, you can still report the issues as we always look for adding compatibility with more themes and plugins.
    • Advice on how to use our plugins in creative ways (without customization) to achieve different business objectives.
    • Advice on how to get the most out of our plugins.

The plugin support DOES NOT include:

    • Customizing the plugin beyond its intended use.
    • Making changes in your website on your behalf.
    • Deactivating themes and plugins to investigate possible conflicts/bugs – instead, we will advise you on how to do this.
    • CSS changes to improve the appearance of our plugins on your website.
    • Fixing functionality conflicts with the theme or other plugins (e.g. JavaScript errors or conflicts).
    • Support with older versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our plugins – we test with older versions down to the version listed on the plugin sales pages. If you discover a problem with older versions, then we will require you to update to the latest version before we will provide support.

    Best,
    Diego
