How to get shop(store) url in admin.

I am not sure I quite understand your question..
The vendor store url is your main url + whatever permalink you have chosen (wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general:Vendor Shop Page)

Or are you looking to code in php a function for which you need the code (dynamic) to lead to a vendor store url?
