How to get settings data in editor from data passed to function in js hook

Hello, I am trying run a function in js hook ‘panel/open_editor/widget/fael_user_list’, which comes with three data variable in it. (let’s say they are panel, model and view). How can I find settings data of selected widget from any of these three ?
