How to get RSS Feed

Hi there,
I realise there are already many of these posts out there and i have read many of them. I have tried everything i can think of to get my RSS feed for my site and cant get it to work.
Ive tried the following –
https://example.com/?feed=rss
https://example.com/?feed=rss2
https://example.com/?feed=rdf
https://example.com/?feed=atommy website is https://www.completemuscleandfitness.com
I appreciate any help with this.
