  • Hi @robpowellbiz

If you use a commercial plugin (Thrive Architect WordPress Page Builder) and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Thanks for your response, Jesus. Unfortunately, Thrive Themes will not be able to help me, as the panel that I marked in the screenshot is not part of their plugin.

    Hi @robpowellbiz

In the screenshot, you can see the text “You are currently using Thrive Architect to edit this content…” and in the bottom you can see an HTML editor, so I think the problem can be related with some conflict between this plugin and another item. I recommend you to talk with the Thrive Architect support.

    Have a nice day
